Support that meets you where you are
I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, you deserve a space that feels gentle, clear, and genuinely supportive. Joy Perspective is a place where you can breathe, learn, and grow — where understanding leads to confidence, and confidence leads to meaningful, sustainable change.
I offer counseling for teens and young adults who want to build confidence, develop practical skills, and gain new perspectives. Together, we’ll explore how your unique mind and body work so you can better understand your experiences, reduce stress, and find more joy. My goal is to cultivate self-awareness while helping you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
I also offer support and guidance for parents and caregivers. Supporting a neurodivergent child or teen can feel joyful, confusing, overwhelming, hopeful — or all of those things at once. You deserve guidance that feels gentle, clear, and grounded. Together, we’ll find ways to strengthen connection, build confidence, and create environments where your child can feel safe, supported, and celebrated.
You deserve someone who listens with care and offers guidance that is both compassionate and practical. My work is shaped by years of supporting teens, young adults, families, and professionals across many settings. If you’re looking for more balance, confidence, and direction, I’d be honored to support you. Reach out to see if I might be a good fit.
